Garren Sharpe is a real estate research professional with three years of experience in analyzing transaction data and market shifts in both the commercial and residential sectors.
Originally from Jamaica, Garren has a wide range of interests, but especially loves urban planning and design, and discussing demographics. Garren previously worked as a Senior Market Analyst, where he provided commercial transaction comparables for properties in the Calgary and Edmonton regions, and graduated with a BA in Urban Studies (2019) followed by a Master of Management (2021), from the University of Calgary. As the Research Analyst, Garren assists in ensuring that BILD Edmonton Metro has data driven, empirically proven positions. He leads the quarterly Economic Forum meetings, takes charge of the BILD Data newsletter, and provides his analytical insights for the Urban Growth Case Study, among many other things.
